We’ve lost count now, but we’ve since made mini documentaries for The Guardian, digital content for Nestlé, Canterbury, Roche, Nissan and Peugeot, global conference films for Lacoste, Mitre and Speedo . . . From concept to delivery, our aim is to make strong, memorable films with high production values. And thanks to the energy and dedication of our small, creative team, we can turn out great work – without the Hollywood prices.
Dave brings fifteen years experience in directing and shooting documentaries and national ad campaigns. With his photographer’s eye for detail, he has a knack for getting the best out of talent – and that means everyone from nervous amateurs to professional models, actors and dogs. Dave also has a passion for cycling up steep hills. The Alps mainly. He says it makes the rest of life seem easier somehow.
Producer: Lesley Gillilan With a solid background in national journalism (Telegraph, Guardian, Independent, Financial Times among others), Lesley is our fixer, researcher, occasional script-editor and all-round creative ideas person. Highly organised, she turns her hand to anything from location finding to interviewing talent. On days off, you’ll find her head buried in a novel: she’s in the middle of writing one.
Our stable of leading soundies have worked with everyone from David Beckham, Kylie and the Rolling Stones to Wallace and Gromit and Dr Who. And we regularly work with top-flight creatives as well as respected names in script-writing, original music, media buying, animation and lighting design.
An unflappable Emmy award-winning editor, Jason has TV credits for HBO, BBC, ITV and Discovery in the UK, US and Europe. Also ‘Wassup’ TV advert for Budweiser and corporate clients including Sony, Cable & Wireless and Tescos. He loves big bad motorbikes and is very proud of his pony tail.
A vibrant, creative and thoroughly reliable motion graphics designer, Ryan is our master of After Effects. His favourite phrase is ‘we can do that’. Married to an Icelander, Ryan has a growing collection of warm clothes.
